You Never Have A Second Chance to Make A Good First Impression!

Jim Bouchard, author and founder of Dynamic Components of Personal Power, and the founder of Northern Chi Martial Arts Centers, points out the real reason for an Elevator Pitch in a recent blog. He says, and very well put, "You’re not going to describe your product or service in 30 seconds or even two minutes if you have that long." So what is an elevator speech for... To Make An Impression! Your pitch should make your audience want your business card so they can make an appointment with you to find out more. Now I am not going to tell you anything else about Jim's blog, You'll need to read it yourself and if you are around Maine there is a link for a workshop he will be doing Wednesday, October 14. Oh and I'll probably be there helping out as well.
