I mentioned to one of our investors last week that our June numbers were flat. First time ever. We enjoyed a 37% increase in 2008, first quarter 2009 14% increase, but with a flat June it was only 6% for this quarter. The response was Flat Is The New Up! Well I don't believe this for a second. I know exactly what happened. NOT MUCH TOMATO! TOMATO meaning Top Of Mind Awareness To Others. My habit of being at every networking event and having one on one's was interrupted and frankly I was just lazy. June is always our worst month so it should get more attention. I know this and I should have done something about it. I believe there is always something more you can do. What more could you do, without killing yourself of course, to get rid of this ridiculous notion that Flat Is The New Up!
