Dear NBC.com, Your ads are horrible!

I have started to watch TV via the internet and tuned into your show "My Own Worst Enemy". I would think the demographics would be mostly male. The ads being served up were products for women. Not only were they products for women but they were horrible and the same ad was served up throughout the entire show. Seeing that you have a captive audience, no skipping through the commercial, here are some suggestions:

  1. Use your know demographics to serve the right commercial to the right audience.
  2. Don't serve up the same commercial throughout out the show.
  3. Do some research on these interactive ads. I think you'll find no one is clicking and your audience will get annoyed at the brand. (My son sure was)
  4. Give your audience the good commercials like on broadcast TV
  5. Change up the length. You don't have to have a 30 second commercial every time, it's not broadcast.

When I was young we didn't have DVR and therefore could not skip through commercials. So we either watched them or left the room. The really interesting ones we watched, so why not make them all interesting. And if you cant make them interesting, hire me so I can. I love my entertainment but you are pushing me toward commercial free entertainment like YOUTube.
