There Are Secrets To Personal Branding?

At a social media breakfast, in which I spoke, Franklin McMahon spoke on the “10 Secrets to Developing Your Personal Brand Online and In Person“. One of the things he mentioned was you online profile picture (full article here). Franklin pointed out that some people are using a cheesy photo taken with a web came or even worse a head-shot from ten years ago. He also says the head-shot should show you are relaxed and approachable and to include it on your business card.
